Day 1: the work starts
We start with the same audit as Audit & Fix: we read your numbers, record real visitors and shop your store on a phone like a customer. Repairs, and up to five edits you send us, start on day one.
By day 21: five fixes live
Your list is ranked by the money behind each item, and the five most urgent fixes are live.
By day 30: your first upgrade
The first upgrade from your list goes live. From month two it's the full month's work and a 20-minute call, and every quarter we re-read the store and agree the next three months' list with you.
Everything goes on one list.
Repair
If something that worked stops working, or we made a mistake, we repair it free, first.
If an app update or your team broke it, or it's just slow, we still fix it, as an edit or an upgrade.
Upgrade
Anything new we design, write or build is an upgrade: two a month. Anything bigger than an upgrade, we quote first.
Edit
Changing what's already there, with your words and pictures, is an edit: ten a month, each live within 2 working days of having them.
Each upgrade goes live within a week of starting. Your own ideas go on the same list, under the same rules.
We ask for three months. Month one has to earn them.
The audit and your five most urgent fixes live in 21 days, or month one’s $1,200 comes back, you keep the work and three months are cancelled
When day 1 is
The first working day after we have staff access to your Shopify and Google Analytics, and read-only access to your ad accounts. Days count on the calendar.
If we miss it
Email us within 14 days of the missed date. The $1,200 lands within 10 working days, in cash.
After Audit & Fix, or a store we built
After Audit & Fix, your first upgrade goes live by day 30, or the three months are cancelled. On a store we built or rebuilt in the last 12 months, the first upgrade goes live by day 30, or month one's $1,200 comes back.

We quote it first, at a fixed price, before any work starts. New templates, a new language or market, a page designed from scratch, a migration or a new major theme version are all quoted that way.
