A store that finally feels like your product. And sells it.
30 minutes with Milan. We'll have gone through your store first.

You've probably done this once already.
The date slipped, then slipped again. The quote grew halfway through, and around week five the replies got slower. When it finally went live, something was broken: a tracking tag, a redirect, a section the next theme update wiped. Whoever built it had moved on.
This time the date is in the contract, and so is the price of missing it.
Nothing goes live that
you haven't approved.
Your numbers and your buyers, first
If you already sell, we read your numbers before the proposal, from Shopify, Google Analytics or your current platform, and if a new store won't fix what's wrong, we say so before you sign. Then we read your reviews and support emails, or your competitors' reviews before you launch. Every page gets its reason in writing.
The page list, then the look
You sign off each, with two rounds of changes on the look.
Launch day, tested on a real order
We connect GA4, your Meta pixel and Klaviyo, then follow that order through all three. If you're already on Shopify, we keep your old theme, unpublished, for 30 days.
Day 30: what the new store did
Its first 30 days next to your last 30, if you were selling. Then a 90-day plan, yours to keep. Over $150k a month, repairs and checks for those 90 days come with the build.

Two ways to build it. We'll
tell you which one you need.
Theme build
A new premium theme, with custom sections only where it falls short.
From
$2,500
· about 3 weeks
· about 3 w.
New store: under 50 products, one language. Selling store: up to 250 products, $3,500 to $3,750.
What you get
Custom build
Every page designed in Figma, then built custom.
From
$7,500
· 6 to 8 weeks in all
· 6-8 weeks
First, about two weeks to read your numbers, reviews, support emails and two competitors, map every page and set the price and date: the Build Plan, $1,500, counted toward the build and yours even if you stop there.
What you get
And if it's late, or the new pages don't sell?

Live on the agreed date, or the final invoice drops 10% for each full week late, up to 30%.
Every page type on the list is delivered
or $300 (theme) or $900 (custom) comes off the final invoice for each one that isn't. Page types you drop, or never send content for, don't count.
Custom sections we built keep working
through Shopify updates, and updates within the same theme version, for 12 months, or we rebuild them free. Changes made by your team, another developer or an app aren't covered.
Anything we built that breaks in the first 30 days is fixed free,
if nobody else has edited it since. So is a drop in sales in the first 30 days that traces to our work. At day 30 we go through the 30-day read with you on a call and say plainly what we think caused any drop. It never promises which way your numbers move.
Questions about Build.
With Design + Build, your pre-sell pages can be live, if we have access to your store at least 5 weeks before 27 November. They go live first, on their own web addresses, and the second half is due then. Your product page and cart follow in the first two weeks of January. Both dates are in your contract, and each full week we're late on either takes 10% off the second half, up to 30%. If you're not sure your date works, email hello@craftagency.com before you book.
What's your launch date?

If it’s a fit, you get a written plan within 48 hours, with the price and both promises in it. We start one new Growth client a month.
